The Butterfly Ball: Tuxedos & Tiaras

Net proceeds benefit at-risk children at Liberty Children's Home, SOS Children's Villages Florida, and beyond. Purchase your tickets by August 31, 2025 to save at the pre-sale price of $250/ticket. On September 1, tickets will be available at the standard price of $300/ticket.

Photo/video release agreement

I agree to grant to Butterfly Children's Charities Foundation and its authorized representatives permission to record photography and/or videography of my participation in Butterfly Children's Charities events. I further agree that any or all of the media recorded may be used, in any form, in perpetuity in connection with the Butterfly Children's Charities and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. I waive and release any claims related to the use of recorded media at this event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

Ticket refund policy

Butterfly Children’s Charities offers tickets for fundraising events where the cost of the ticket will go towards event-related expenses and/or will be granted to partner charities. Refunds may be granted at Butterfly Children’s Charities’ discretion. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, and only when the funds have not been granted to a charity.

Some circumstances in which refunds might be granted include:

• The ticket purchase was made in error, or

• The ticket purchase was made in an incorrect amount, or

• The ticket purchase was not authorized by the named buyer, or

• The event must be cancelled.
