REFUND POLICY

All cash donations and sponsorships are gifts made voluntarily to Butterfly Children’s Charities in partnership with the MytQuinn Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity, with no conditions. Donors receive a tax receipt from the MytQuinn Foundation. Donors who request refunds may not be eligible for tax deductions on their refunded donations.

Butterfly Children’s Charities grants funds to partner charities. Butterfly Children’s Charities does not provide refunds on donations that we have already granted to a charity. Donors who wish to request a refund for a donation that has already been granted should contact the benefiting charity directly.

 

Butterfly Children’s Charities offers tickets for fundraising events where the cost of the ticket will go towards event-related expenses and/or will be granted to partner charities. Refunds may be granted at Butterfly Children’s Charities’ discretion. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, and only when the funds have not been granted to a charity. Some circumstances in which refunds might be granted include:

 

  • The ticket purchase was made in error, or

  • The ticket purchase was made in an incorrect amount, or

  • The ticket purchase was not authorized by the named buyer, or

  • The event must be cancelled.

 

Ticket buyers with exceptional circumstances such as these may contact butterflyccmarketing@gmail.com to request a refund.
