The Butterfly Ball: Forbidden Forest

Meet us after dark in the Forbidden Forest for the 4th annual Butterfly Ball.

It will be an evening of enchantment and mystery for an amazing cause, with great company, food, and fun. Enjoy a night of dancing, silent auction with great prizes, and an opportunity to learn more about our mission to help the children of Liberty Children's Home and SOS Children's Villages Florida. Admission includes open bar, plated dinner with an entree of your choice, and dessert.

The funds raised will support the children at Liberty Children's Home and SOS Children's Villages Florida, with net proceeds going towards basic care and housing, as well as education, therapy, and medical care.

Our mission.

Our mission is simple. We want to make a positive change in the lives of abused, neglected, and orphaned children, both at home and abroad.

To make that happen, we provide fundraising and support to charitable organizations that share our passion for helping at-risk children. Our primary partners and beneficiaries are Liberty Children’s Home in Belize and SOS Children’s Villages in Coconut Creek, FL.

Who we are.

We're a 100% volunteer-run group, started in 2018 by a group of women from the Parkland, Coconut Creek, and Boca Raton area.

When we started, we were just a few South Florida moms trying to help kids in need. Today, we have grown into a group of friends, partners, neighbors, and local community members all working together to make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children, both locally and internationally.

What we’re working on.

This year we have already hosted the 3rd annual Butterfly Birdie charity golf tournament, as well as several family-friendly community events at SOS s'mores parties, playdates, and weeknight dinners. The upcoming Butterfly Ball is our biggest annual fundraiser. The money we raise via donations and sponsorships are instrumental in funding everything from the children’s basic health care and housing, to their school supplies and summer enrichment activities.
